At Mind Glow Solutions, we understand that billing and insurance can be confusing and stressful. That's why we strive to make the process as transparent and easy as possible for our clients.
We accept a variety of insurance plans, including but not limited to Aetna, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Fidelis Care of New York, Emblem Health, Medicaid & Medicare. We also offer self-pay options for those who do not have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket.
Before your appointment, we will verify your insurance coverage and provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs. We will also work with you to understand your specific insurance benefits and answer any questions you may have.
In addition, we offer a secure online billing portal where you can view and pay your bills, update your payment information, and review your payment history at any time. We strive to make the billing process as easy and convenient as possible for our clients.
